About Belinda Sartori
Launchpad was founded by Belinda Sartori, a former investment banker and the current Head of Futures at Charterhouse, one of the UK’s leading independent boarding schools.

Before moving into education, Belinda spent over 15 years in investment banking, most recently at Goldman Sachs. She now leads the Futures programme at Charterhouse, where she designed and delivers FutureU, an award-winning programme focused on university strategy and early career preparation.

Her approach is practical and pragmatic. She gives students and parents clear, honest direction on course choice and competitive risk, helping families secure the strongest possible university outcome given a student’s academic profile and priorities. This includes being explicit about what is realistically achievable, what trade-offs exist, and how different universities compare academically and socially.

Going to a good university is no longer enough to secure a strong graduate job. That is why Belinda places significant emphasis on early career preparation, starting well before students begin applying for roles. From Sixth Form onwards, students need to be researching different career paths, developing the transferable skills employers value, and understanding what is required to put together a strong job application for internships and graduate roles - so career preparation runs in parallel with education rather than being left too late.

Belinda works independently, often alongside schools and specialist advisers, providing experienced judgement and hands-on support at key academic and early-career decision points.

Who We Work With
Families engage with Launchpad at different points. Some seek input around a specific application or deadline; others value longer-term strategic oversight across school decisions, university planning, and early career preparation. Support is tailored to the stage and decisions a family is facing.
